Bonjour, votre représentant panda est très désagréable quand on l'appelle. Il emploie à ton moqueur quand on lui demande des explications sur un aspect technique d'une commande de pièces. Par ailleurs, il demande qu'on lui écrive, ce que j'ai fait et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Par conséquent, je suis très insatisfait et je trouve dommage alors que mon problème n'est pas très compliqué. Bien cordialement
